Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Backslash d.o.o. ("Backslash," "we," "us"), a company registered in Croatia, handles information in connection with Brojko (the "App"). The short version: we don't collect anything. This page explains exactly why, and what the few features that touch personal data or hardware, all handled on your device, actually do.

Information we collect

None. Brojko has no backend, no analytics, no advertising, and no account system. Nothing about you or your child, and nothing about how the App is used, is ever transmitted anywhere. Every screen you see, every star earned, and every streak counted is computed and stored entirely on the device the App is installed on.

What stays on the device

• Progress and settings: stars, streaks, completed levels, and preferences are saved to a local file in the App's own storage. We never see this data, and it never leaves the device unless you choose to share it yourself (see Backup, below).
• Face ID: the parent area is protected by Face ID (or your device passcode as a fallback) so a child can't wander into settings. This check happens entirely on your device using Apple's Face ID system, and the App never receives, stores, or transmits any biometric data. We only ever learn whether the check succeeded or failed.
• Backup file: the parent area lets you export progress as a file using iOS's own share sheet (for example, to save it to Files or iCloud Drive, or send it via AirDrop or Messages). Where that file goes is entirely your choice through Apple's share sheet, and we don't receive a copy or have any access to it. Importing a backup reads that same file back in, again entirely on your device.
• Streak reminder notifications: if you turn this on from Home, the App schedules a single local notification reminding you to keep a daily streak going. This is a local notification handled entirely on your device, not a push notification, so nothing is sent to or received from a server, and no push token is generated. Turning it off, or never turning it on, changes nothing else about how the App works.

Third parties

Brojko does not include any SDK from another company, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting service, nothing. We don't share data with anyone because we don't collect any to share.

Children's privacy

Brojko is built for children, used together with or under the supervision of a parent. Because the App collects no personal data from anyone, of any age, there is nothing to protect through parental consent mechanisms like COPPA in the way there would be for an app that does collect data, there is simply no collection taking place, from a child or otherwise.

Your rights

Because no personal data is collected or stored outside your device, there is no account or record on any server for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. If you're located in the European Economic Area and have any questions about how this App handles (or, in this case, doesn't handle) personal data, you're welcome to contact us at the email below, or to reach out to your local data protection authority, in Croatia the Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP).

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's data practices ever change. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above, and any such change would need to be a deliberate decision, not an accidental side effect of adding some other feature.
