These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Brojko (the "App"), provided by Backslash d.o.o., a company registered in Croatia ("Backslash," "we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
Brojko is a math practice game for iPhone and iPad. The App is free to use, with a substantial amount of content available at no cost. A single optional one-time purchase ("Full Game Unlock") unlocks every world and boss; the App has no subscriptions and no advertising of any kind.
Brojko doesn't have an account system. There's nothing to sign up for and nothing to sign in to. All progress is stored locally on your device.
You agree not to:
Progress data (stars, streaks, completed levels) lives entirely on your device. You can export a backup of it at any time from the parent area, and you're responsible for anywhere you choose to save or send that file.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backslash d.o.o. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of locally stored progress data. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable Croatian or EU law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without applying its conflict of law rules, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
